Because Safety is top priority at Sessler Inc, we have retained Approach Management Services to aid in safety consultation, jobsite inspections and loss control. This has been an invaluable addition to our overall application and implementation of the company Safety Program. The newest addition to our Safety Program is a Drug Free Workplace status that has been in place since the year 2000. With our focus on safety, we have maintained an EMR of less than 1.0 since 1998, and currently have an EMR of .634.
Sessler Inc. prides itself in providing a safe & healthy workforce. Sessler places special emphasis on safety in both the planning and execution phases of each project. Additionally, the team works with the General Contractor’s Safety and hazard analysis plans prior to initiating construction and subsequent phases of the project. The project team regularly reviews OSHA/WISHA requirements and keeps all employees up to date on changes and additions. We do this with continued training both at the construction site and off-site in training facilities. This includes regular “ToolBox Talks”, first aid & CPR certifications and stringent drug testing policies.
